This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order with Q Transport, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping Charges

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

  • FREE shipping on orders totaling $40.00 or more
  • Orders weighing 0-5 lbs: $4.90
  • Orders weighing 5-70 lbs: $19.90

Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)

  • Orders weighing 0-1 lb: $6.90
  • Orders weighing 1-5 lb: $9.90

Note: Order weight includes product net weight + packaging materials. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Taxes and Duties

  • State/local taxes calculated at checkout
  • Q Transport covers all international duties/import taxes
  • Contact support if charged unexpected import fees

Processing and Transit Times

  • Processing: 1-2 business days (orders before 11AM EST prioritized)
  • Economy Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days

Business days = Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. Remote areas may experience delays.

Address Changes

  • Request within 24 hours of order placement
  • Contact support@qtransport.com immediately
  • Changes unavailable after shipment dispatch

Order Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime before shipment processing
  • Orders in fulfillment cannot be canceled
  • Full refunds for cancellations within 2 hours of payment

Damaged Packages Protocol

If package arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph damaged packaging/contents
  2. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide order number + evidence
  4. We'll arrange replacement/refund

Important Notes

  • Items >70 lbs require special handling
  • Holiday season processing may extend
  • Tracking numbers emailed upon shipment
  • Professional packaging prevents transit damage
